Context Amnesia

In plain words: Forgetting. Re-reads files and re-asks questions it already has answers to.

a.k.a. “groundhog read”

Re-reading, re-asking and re-discovering things already established earlier in the same session.

A. How to spot it

  1. The same file or resource is read three or more times without having been modified in between.
  2. The agent asks the user a question it has already asked, or one the user has already answered.

B. What it sounds like
